DBT Star College Scheme

The College submitted a proposal for the STAR College Scheme to DBT on 14/07/2017. Accordingly, in an Interaction meeting held on 14-15 November 2017, the Expert Committee of DBT agreed to support the College under STAR College Scheme. It was decided by the Expert Committee to support the following departments:
1. Botany
2. Chemistry
3. Geography

In the first phase, DBT has sanctioned Rs. 63.00 Lakhs as a Recurring & Non-Recurring Grant for a period of three years (letter no.BT/HRD/11/06/2018, dated – 05/03/2018).
